Celebrity Fitness stole my money (update)

Quick recap: last week I discovered RM145 was being deducted from my bank account from Celebrity Fitness. When I went to the gym to inquire, I found out I had ‘validated’ payment for another member. This member is a random guy who I have never heard of. I asked for a refund. They said they have to investigate.

It’s been a week. They haven’t called me. I went again on Tuesday to see what was happening. They said they will speak to the head office and call me with an update. Nothing yet. Still waiting. Starting to get pissy. Contemplating blasting them live on national radio. Hmmm…
