It has come to a point where it is impossible for me to take pictures of the boys together posing. Mostly because Ayub is either not in the slightest bit interested, or he’s overenthusiastic and cuddles his little brother too tight.
Sulaiman is always smiley, but he hates to be pulled back. He prefers sitting up straight on his own. I asked Ayub to sit with him for a picture. But Ayub got too excited and sat behind him to cuddle the fat one, just as he used to when Sulaiman was a tiny blob that couldn’t sit up on his own. What a struggle. Sulaiman tried to twist free and crawl away…
Sulaiman eventually gave up for about 10 seconds and these were the best pictures I could take. They never look at the camera at the same time though.
Anyway, Jules, Prem and Hafiz bought me a one year membership at a kids’ photo studio. I think it’s the loveliest present I’ve ever received. I haven’t used it yet because of time and money constraints. But since I’m on leave this week… we’re finally going this Friday 🙂 I bought the boys matching outfits for the shoot and spent WAY to much money on new clothes for them. Such a scam, “buy one, second one 50% off” I bought just to make the 50% sale. So stupid. Usually I don’t care for such things. Oh well, very very cute clothes and my babies are certainly worth it!
