Halal Ramen That’s Actually Delicious At Seirock-Ya In Uptown Damansara

I’ve never been a big fan of ramen because my ramen is either the instant ramen or the Zanmai franchise ramen and obviously not the legit babi ramen because babi.

Anyway, Danial was all “I want Seirock-ya, can we have Seirock-ya, let’s have Seirock-ya, it’s so good I want Seirock-ya omg yaaaas.” So we went to Seirock-ya. He likes the super spicy ramen that makes his tummy like 🙁

The Food

Ramen, ramen, lots of ramen. There are four main types of broth: Shoyu, Shio, Miso, and EXTREMEEEEEE. Then you choose the ingredients you want for that broth. Kinda like Mr Fish.

I had the Toripaitan Miso Egg (RM18.40) and I LOVED IT. The broth is super tasty and eggy and thick and comforting. So yum. Not like Zanmai at all. This is legit broth lol. I love it. The egg. Omg. The chicken. So good.

This is Danial’s Miso Spicy. It’s like chili padi spicy. Sakit spicy. Me no likey. He looked like he was suffering throughout the whole thing. But he still finished the bowl and said he loved it. Was painful to watch though. Strange human.

I dunno what Jeremy had. Hokkaido Ramen? He said he didn’t like something something that’s why he was ordering this something. I don’t think I was paying attention when he was speaking sorry Jeremy looks nice though yum yum yay.

Ohhhhh! He said he didn’t want to eat something creamy. And the other ramen broths are creamy. ???

This is Gowri’s. I think she had Shio. It was tasty.

Clean and simple and ya. Good.

The Service

The service was great. Not just because the food and drinks came out quickly, but because we got caught in a super heavy rainstorm and one of the staff walked Gowri all the way back to the office, carrying an umbrella over her multicoloured head.

Gowri cannot walk in rain. Because she has to interview a Pirate next week and watch SuJu next weekend. Don’t know what I’m talking about? Tough shit.

Why do I still look pregnant?

I love it. Ramen was great. Service was great. Danial was great.
