Day 17: I forgot World Autism Day (it was yesterday), 'cause autism for our family isn't just one day a year, it's every day. . (And also I forgot lah. I'm bad with dates. I thought today was Tuesday.) . MCO has been tough for Ayub. . He needs a lot of 1-on-1 care and attention. He requires guidance and guidelines and routines and schedules. . The past few weeks have been frustrating. He hates schooling online. He hates journaling. He hates reading. He hates chores. He hates playing with his siblings. He hates his siblings. He hates video calls. He hates watching TV. He hates hates hates everything. . Then every so often, the clouds part and he's happy and laughing and joyful. . I love my Ayub. He's my rainbow baby. Love him through and through. Happy moments, sad moments, bad moments.
