Schedule for an exclusively pumping working mother of a 3 year old and 2 month old

Juggling work and babies!

5am : In the studio for work

6am-10am : On air with the Pagi Rock Crew

10am : Pump

10.45am – 1pm : Work work work

2pm : Home + pump + Ayub lunch + Sulaiman play

3pm – 5pm : Ayub and Sulaiman time

5pm : Sulaiman bath + Ayub bath + pump

6pm : Ayub dinner

7pm : Bedtime for babies

8pm : Pump + sleep

10pm : Sulaiman night time feed pt1

1am : Sulaiman night time feed pt2 + pump

4am: Sulaiman night time feed pt3 + pump

4.30am : Off to work

And so it goes on and on. However, the night time feeds are still all over the place. Sometimes he can sleep 5 hours straight (HALLELUJAH!) other nights he’s up every hour…
