Schedule for an exclusively pumping working mother of a 3 year old and 5 month old

His royal fatness is now 5 months old and after exclusively pumping since he was born, we’ve finally got an awesome schedule. Things were crazy at the beginning, pumping every 2 hours, Sulaiman up then sleeping then hungry then sleeping then playing then hungry and just all over the place. Two months ago things were settling down. But now… so super ahmayzing.

6am-10am : On air with the Pagi Rock Crew

10am : Pump

10.45am – 1pm : Work work work

1.30pm – Home + Ayub lunch + Sulaiman play

3pm : Pump

3pm – 5pm : Ayub and Sulaiman time

5pm : Sulaiman bath + Ayub bath

6pm : Ayub dinner

7pm : Bedtime for babies

8pm : Pump

1am : Sulaiman night time feed pt2

3am : Pump 

4am: Sulaiman wakes up

4.30am : Off to work

And on and on and on. Pumping around 8oz at a time. So far so good. Touch wood. Fingers crossed. Insya’Allah. Lalala.
