The Kitchen Musical meet the Pagi Rock Crew

Yesterday morning our little studio was packed when three cast members of the Kitchen Musical came in for an interview with the Pagi Rock Crew. We watched bits and pieces of the show. Singing chefs. Hmm. Live in the Fly studio was Karylle Daniel Ray, Christian Bautista and Arthur Acuna.

Did you know that Christian (in blue) was offered the part without even auditioning?

It was so insane. Six people had to go on air and there were only 4 mics… Nadia and Hafiz had to share and pass the mic back and forth, while Karylle and Arthur shared another. 

Arthur only practiced his audition song on the way to the audition while riding his motorbike

Hafiz kept forgetting Karylle’s name and called her ‘Crystal’, ‘Caroline’, ‘Carolyn’ etc. What a numbnut. Must have been distracted by her hotness. Tsk tsk. Our twitter account was flooded by tweets from the Philippines and our callers were so gushy and in looooooove with Christian. 

The boys passed out in the meeting room afterwards.
