Dinner At Kebabs ‘n Curries On The Rooftop Of Mustafa Centre In Singapore
After a long day exploring Little India in Singapore, we headed to Mustafa Centre for dinner. The restaurant is on the rooftop and is called Kebabs ‘n Curries. To be honest, I was really full by the time we got there but we ate a ton anyway because we’re greedy like that and I totally couldn’t move afterwards.
It’s very tasty, Indian food. A lot like Curry Leaf in Damansara Uptown. How come I’ve never written a review of that? I should. K bye.
The Food
I ordered all my favourite things. Biryani rice, palak paneer, cheese naan, gobi manchurian… The only thing that was missing was Gowri.
I can’t remember what these noodles were called. They look pale, but they don’t taste pale. They were so yummy.
Here’s the menu:
Very, very yummy hearty dishes. So many choices. I love all the vegetarian dishes. Plus it’s halal, which is great if you’re Muslim in Singapore. Can be tricky to find food. In the evening they have a buffet spread but I didn’t check it out. Looks quite good though.
Hmmm… I love it! Don’t convert the prices. Haha.

Bespoke cakes from Butter Studio
We celebrated a birthday while we were there. So our super gracious hosts bought four mini bespoke cakes from Butter Studio and they were ridiculously pretty.
Donutella Cakelet
Unicorn Cakelet
Ferraro Rocher Ganache Cakelet
Salted Caramel Overload Cakelet
I just copy pasted everything above but yeah, it was good. Do you want to see the inside of the cakelets?
It’s sweet. I like the unicorn meringue. It’s very sweet.

The Ambiance
It’s trying to be fancy but it ends up looking kinda rundown and not well-maintained. The giant dome looks really dirty. I mean, I guess they didn’t figure out how to clean it? It’s so high and huge. Can see all the bird poop in the world haha.
I can’t imagine anyone wanting to have lunch here. It’s on the rooftop and the ceiling is all glass. We went at around 6-7pm before the sun set and it was scorching hot. Once it’s night time it’s much better though.
Sun from every corner of the restaurant! And tacky decorations. But the food is worth it, ok. There are also tables set up outside the dome. It was much cooler outside with the wind than in the dome. Very stuffy in the dome.

The Service
Service was alright I suppose. The waiters were nice. The food came quite fast. And they were kind enough to get all the birthday cakes ready and served to us.

Final Thoughts
Delicious. Don’t go there in the day time. Make sure it’s dark. Great place to eat with a lot of people. Halal food. Vegetarian options. So tasty. Probably quite expensive. It’s Singapore after all. There’s no smoking area. That can either be a great thing or a terrible thing. I don’t know you.
