Easy Kek Batik Recipe With OREO Cookies And Cadbury Chocolate

Who doesn’t love kek batik? It’s pretty and yummy and went so viral a few years back. This recipe is with OREO Cookies and Cadbury chocolate. Does it get any better than that???

Ingredients

• 150g Golden OREO Cookies
• 100g Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate
• 30g Cocoa powder
• 50g Unsalted butter
• 100g Condensed milk
• 2 Eggs
• 50g Caster sugar

For garnishing

• OREO Cookies (broken in 4)
• Golden OREO Cookies (broken in 4)

Instructions

1. Melt Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate, cocoa powder, butter, condensed milk, and sugar in a saucepan on medium-low heat
2. Stir chocolate mixture continuously until fully melted and well combined. Remove from heat.
3. Stir in eggs and whisk until well combined. Cook on low heat for 3 minutes and remove from heat.
4. Mix in Golden OREO Cookies and stir until coated.
5. Press mixture into small cake tin and sprinkle garnish on top.
6. Chill in fridge for 20 minutes or overnights.
7. Once set, cut into squares and serve.
