Flipper Roo Gymnastics For Toddlers Is Super Fun And Super Cute

So after messaging a bunch of gymnastics centres in Klang Valley, we settled on a trial class at Flipper Roo Kota Damansara, which ended… abruptly. Aisha asked if she could try “one more time ok Mama?” And so we were back again on a Saturday morning, for her second attempt at a trial class.

Aisha was dynamite

She super rocked the whole class.

The week before, Aisha had been so scared and anxious that she totally freaked out when the class started. Just screamed and screamed. Poor little dude. We talked it through and agreed that if she was scared, all she had to do was tell me. Then we would decide if we want to just stay and watch, or leave and go home.

She was not scared at all this week!

Obstacle course #1

They set up different obstacle courses for the kids. Lots of jumping and hopping and rolling and sliding… After every child has completed one round, they change it up and bit and make it a little more challenging.

I could see that Aisha was nervous and a little bit scared, but she did it anyway and I’m SO PROUD. Baby grrrrrl!

And so well-behaved too. Sat down and waited her turn. Kept in line. Did whatever the coaches asked her to do.

Aisha has never been to kindergarten or any kind of play school. This is all new to her. AND SHE WAS SO GOOD ARGH I LOVE HER LOOK AT THAT FACE.

When did Aisha get so big?

Trampoline jumping and sprints

In partners, the kids took turns jumping on the trampoline (Aisha loved this) and then did sprints up and down the gym (Aisha LOVED THIS), she is The Flash after all.

Finally it was time to cool down

At the end of the 45-minute trial, we decided to continue and sign Aisha up for weekly classes

Yay! Aisha is super pleased and proud to wear the official Flipper Roo t-shirt.
