Ok so. The first time I ordered this I was SO EXCITED. I got two sets for me and the hubs, one with special beef combination and one that was sliced beef & brisket, with Vietnamese milk tea.

We waited and waited for Grab to arrive. And when he did, he only brought the soup of one set and the noodles of another set. No drinks. So sad.

I put in a complaint to Grab and “after review” they refunded me 50 sen. Lmao. Eventually they refunded me a bit more after I emailed them and they called me back.

Total bill RM56.60 and they refund me 50 sen. Sed. Hahahaha.

But the damage was done y’all

We were hungry as shit and excited af to eat Super Saigon’s Sichuan Mala Noodle Soup.

I don’t blame Grab. Tbh, there’s always a 50/50 chance that Super Saigon will mess up our order. My FB chat to the restaurant is literally me letting them know that they missed out food or they sent the wrong food hahaha.

Still yummy tho. I imagine they are packed with orders and maybe don’t have a really fool-proof system in place?

I dunno. I’ve ordered MyBurgerLab so many times during peak hours and they’ve never made any mistakes. Shrug.

But it’s ok. The second time we ordered everything came hehe.

The soup and meat are packed separated from the noodles and chili. Mix is all together and you get MAGIC.

The soup is spicy. The noodles are tender and delicious. The beef is outstanding. Mr Ninja ordered the combination bowl with perut and tendons and stuff. I’m not so into that. But I imagine it tastes good to people who like it haha.

The Vietnamese milk tea is really tasty. Sweet and cold and milky, with a great tea flavour. Not like those icky diluted ones that just taste of sugar and water.

Ok. Review done. Go order yours. Order early early. So they’re less likely to mess up your foodie. 😛
