So the KFC Chizza has finally arrived to Malaysia and we got a special delivery…
KFC Releases Nasi Kari Atuk For Ramadan. What’s that?
KFC Nasi Kari Atuk is just curry. The ‘Atuk’ part is Colonel Sanders. Apparently Malaysians “fondly refer” to the Colonel as “Atuk.” I have never once referred to Colonel Sanders as “Atuk.” But ok, KFC.
Read this bit. This is my favourite bit.
Anyway. Kari Atuk is a “rich and savoury curry made from a blend of traditional curry spices and coconut milk, mixed with potato chunks for added flavour and texture.” Kari kentang la tu.
It comes with a condiment “concocted from a special anchovy-chili paste that pairs well with the curry.” Sambal ikan bilis la tu.
You can get it with KFC’s signature Colonel Rice and choose between Original Recipe Chicken or Hot & Spicy Chicken.
They also want you to know that KFC Nasi Kari Atuk is served in “special packaging that mimics banana leaves” lmao.
Prices start from RM16.30. There’s a two-piece chicken set and three-piece chicken set.
Order online for Delivery or Self-Collect on a selected date and time. You can also pre-order in advance for buka puasa.
Just log-on to www.kfc.com.my, download the KFC Malaysia App, or order via Foodpanda.
Selamat berbuka puasaaaaaa!
