Our First (And Probably Only) Yee Sang Of The Year From La Juiceria
Every Chinese New Year we eat a lot of yee sang. Well, I eat a lot of yee sang. There’s always someone sending yee sang to the office. And lou and lou and laugh and shout for money and increment and bonus, then we nom nom together.
But alas, tis COVID season. Forever and ever.
So only one yee sang at home this year.
Luckily, it’s from La Juiceria, which honestly has the healthiest, freshest yee sang I’ve ever had. May Vin also had La Juiceria Prosperity Yee Sang and she complained it was too healthy. Can you believe this girl is a doctor? Haha. Terrible fella.
La Juiceria’s fresh yee sang is so yums
I love it. Usually I order this anyway when the family is over for reunion dinner or lunch or just whenever CNY is around the corner.
Because La Juiceria has vegan options and the brother is vegan.
I’m not sure what happened to Ayub but he kinda broke down a little after this photo because he said he didn’t want to smile. But he was ok again after like 5 seconds.
Didn’t manage to get a video of the toss because the baby was grumpy and stuck to my body.
But it’s fine.
The toss was fun. The yee sang was yum. Gong Xi Fa Cai.
