Why are there three socks instead of two?
Goodpair Socks is using a pair of socks as a metaphor. Basically, they’re saying that people these days always aspire to have more. More money, more time, more comfort, more relationships, more moreness.
But the reality is that we only have two feet so we only need two socks. The three-legged pair of socks signifies our dissatisfaction with what we already have.

TBH I only care about how cute the socks are. Let’s just look at the cute sock designs and pretty pictures now ok.
The third sock gives you extra options
Aside from the metaphor of wanting more despite having enough, the socks are just damn cute. The third sock allows you to mix and match.
