Prem’s General Motors Diet (Day 2)
I’m so not good at all this blogging nonsense.
Anyhoo, today is
Day 2 – BAKED POTATO FOR BREAKFAST AND ONLY VEGETABLES ALL DAY

Prem’s mum is the sweetest person on the planet. She boiled all those beautiful veggies for him and baked him 2 potatoes. Veg included ladies’ fingers/okra, broccoli, carrots, and baby tomatoes.
Prem is definitely not a vegetable person. He said he felt all pukey from the smell and he hardly ate anything. So I devoured it after the show. Even the potato. Muahahahahaha. Waste not want not.
At 6am Prem had his weigh in.
Any guesses on the outcome? One day of eating only fruits. Followed by a morning of potato and veggies. Gain? Loss? Nothing at all?
Well it turns out Nadia’s weighing scale really is messed up and it gave different results every time. First he gained 4kg. Then lost 3kg. It was all over the place. Sadly, that weighing scale was very badly abused afterwards. But luckily there was some Health Day outside the studio for the entire company so Prem went to weigh himself properly…
Check this shit out! 75kg FTW! Prem lost 5 friggin’ kilos in one day. Definitely a scary diet to be on. Someone tweeted that Prem must have pooped a lot. He did. Ew.
