Super Simple Fluffy Pancake Recipe For Kids During MCO
These pancakes are really fluffy and yummy, plus they’re so easy to modify if you want to. Add cocoa powder or Milo to the batter or throw in some chocolate chips or cinnamon or cheese or bananas. Anything you want really.
It’s so simple, even the kids can make it themselves.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup full cream milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions:
- Chuck the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a bowl.
- Whisk in milk, eggs, and melted butter.
- Make pancakes.
Legit that’s all you have to do. They only need around 1-2 minutes on each side, depending on how big or small you want the pancakes. I used one ladle of batter for each.
Just flip when they get nicely browned.
We ate ours with honey and banana.
Next time I’m going to make little bite-sized pancakes
Mini pancakes. Just because mini things are cute. They taste yummier too.
