Walking Around Putrajaya Lakeside With The Kids On Sunday Morning
We haven’t been to Putrajaya in forever. Whenever we go, it always feels like a holiday because Putrajaya is so freakin’ far away from everything. Anyway, my mom wanted to take us out for McDonald’s breakfast on Sunday morning by the lakeside. It’s really nice. Not McDonald’s, I mean, McDs is McDs no matter where you are.
But the lakeside is really pretty. Kinda nasty because some people don’t know how to throw away their trash. But otherwise pretty. Lots of people walking and cycling.

It looks like a property brochure tbh. I told Mr Ninja I wanted to buy one of the lakeside houses and he made this face -_- he doesn’t like Putrajaya. Too many meleis. But the houses are nice. We don’t have to talk to anyone. Omg.
Aisha has been trying very hard to do the ‘peace’ sign like her bros. She can only either put one finger up or all her fingers up. Two is just too mafan.
Ayub is scared of crows because I once told him that they are fiercely intelligent creatures and if you mess with them they will remember your face forever and the next time they see you they will attack and poke your eyes out with their giant beaks. He loves animals. But he doesn’t like crows. Hoho.
This is the bridge. I’m sure it has a name. But I just call it the bridge. It’s The Bridge. I don’t know why but people like to hang out on this bridge every night. Dumbasses. I too, used to hang out on this bridge at night. I am one of those dumbasses.
We walked under the bridge and Ayub was very upset that people had drawn all over the walls. “That’s so naughty and so mean to do that right, Mama?” I agree. Stupid assholes. It’s not even cool or funny or artistic. Just stupid.
You can see the istana, mosque, and PM’s department in the background.
Meanwhile in the lake, PDRM were training by rowing a boat. There was like 20 police officers in the boat. They were noisy, I don’t know what they were shouting. Some rowing thing I guess. Trying to go as fast as possible. The whole time Ayub was shouting even louder, “They’re SO SLOW. Ohmygodddd they are so slow… YOU ARE SOOOOO SLOOOOWWWW!!!”
Then he speed-walked alongside them on the boardwalk shouting, “SEEE?! I’M FASTER THAN YOUUUU AND I’M ONLY WAAAAALKING!”
I just laughed. Ayub vs. the Popo. Ayub won.
