Baked Mac n Cheese Easy Peasy Recipe No Fuss Yummy
“Yummy yummy yummy yummy,” Sulaiman.
Only Sulaiman and I like mac n cheese. This recipe for mac n cheese is the easiest peasiest in the woooooorld! Usually we just make mac n cheese on the stove top but since I bought a little oven, we decided to bake it for extra golden deliciousness.
Ingredients
- Macaroni
- Cheese (we used mozarella this time, but I recommend parmesan coz it’s not as gooey and has that ooomph saltiness)
- Flour
- Milk
- Butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil your macaroni in salted water as usual
- Add 1/2 cup of butter to a pan and whisk in like 4 tablespoons or so of flour slooooowly (you gotta keep whisking otherwise you’ll end up with a profiterole batter). You wanna have a smooth roux.
- Add like 4 cups of milk and whisk whisk whisk
- Throw in as much cheese as you want
- Add the cooked pasta and mix well
- Dump it all in a pyrex
- Sprinkle more cheese on top
- Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for 30 minutes

But Ayub tried a small bite and said, “It’s tastes kinda nice and also really disgusting.” He doesn’t like cheese. Haha. Gotta love his honesty and I appreciate his attempt at being diplomatic.
