Mini OREO Raya Cookies Recipe

Heehee so cute! Mini OREO cookies are the best because they’re small. My kids love them, I love them, now you can love them in these cutie pai Raya cookies.

Ingredients

• 80g unsalted butter
• 55g brown sugar
• 25g sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• Egg yolk
• 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
• 90g flour
• 13g cocoa powder
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 70g chocolate rice

For garnishing

• Mini OREO Cookies
• KELLOGG’s Cornflakes, crushed

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter, brown sugar and sugar. Add salt, egg yolk and vanilla essence. Mix well.
2. Fold in flour, cocoa powder and baking soda.
3. Stir in chocolate rice.
4. Shape dough into flower shape and place Mini OREO Cookies in the centre. Sprinkle cornflakes around it.
5. Bake in preheated oven at 160 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
