Best Birthday Pavlova From SugarBitesKL Is DELICIOUS

Pavlova is amazing. If you think you don’t like pavlova, you’ve probably just had a crappy one. People always mess up the meringue and it becomes dry and brittle and gross, or they just use cheap whipped cream that tastes of air and sugar with no real flavour.

But SugarBitesKL makes an Ah-may-zing pavlova

The only thing is that I wish they added more fruits to the top, it feels a bit sparse at the moment. And that they used sweeter strawberries. Very sour the strawbs. Haha.

The kids always choose their own birthday cakes, and every year Sulaiman chooses something special. I feel like most people will go with options they have tried and know they like, Sulaiman always opts for something new that excites him. I love you Sulaiman, you wonderful human.

He asked for red velvet cake when he turned 5, rainbow cake when he turned 6. This year we scrolled through Instagram at all the different cakes and he was like :O when he saw a pavlova.

Look at that luscious cream on the inside:

The meringue is crisp on the outside and pillowy soft on the inside. Just like eating a sweet cloud. Meanwhile the cream has this decadent vanilla flavour that is just so rich and creamy and GAAAHHHHH!!!
